  • Processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Standard delivery estimate: 3–4 business days after shipment

  • Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • We do not offer Shipping Protection / Package Protection

  • Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported within 7 days of “Delivered” (or last tracking update), and photos are required for damaged items

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund, after verification
