Shipping & Returns

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on Dolce Goccia (“we,” “us,” “our”). Payments may appear as “Pinilla Imports” on your billing statement.

1) SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States only.

2) ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

3) SHIPPING CARRIERS & DELIVERY TIMES

We ship using major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL (carrier selection may vary based on destination and service availability).

Estimated delivery times (after your order ships):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4) SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the selected method.

Free Standard Shipping is available on U.S. orders $60+ (before tax, after discounts), unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5) SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If you return an item, the original shipping charges will not be refunded (unless otherwise required by law).

6) RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

7) LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES (NO SHIPPING PROTECTION)

We do not offer Shipping Protection / Package Protection at checkout.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@dolcegoccia.com within 7 days of the tracking status showing “Delivered” (or within 7 days of the last tracking update for lost packages).

To help us assist you quickly, please include:

  • your order number

  • the shipping address

  • the tracking number

  • a brief description of the issue

If your order arrives damaged, photos are required:

  • photos of the outer shipping box/packaging

  • photos of the shipping label

  • clear photos of the damaged item(s)

Depending on the situation, we will review the claim and may offer a replacement or a refund, at our discretion, after verifying details with the carrier when needed.

Important: If the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” additional verification may be required (such as delivery details, carrier investigation, or other supporting documentation).

8) INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:

  • the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees, and/or

  • a refund may be issued minus shipping costs after the return is received and processed.
