The delivery times depend on the destination. For delivery in USA, they are between 3 and 7 working days.

Refunds and Changes
For articles returned and changes please click on this link and fill in the details of the return.
The period of time in which to return an article is 15 days from the delivery date.
All returns shall be executed by the shipping agent selected from time to time by Dolce Goccia. If a different shipping agent is chosen, customer shall bear any costs and risks.
Once the perfect condition of items has been checked, we will send you an e-mail to inform you about it and we shall proceed with the refund on the same card used to purchase such items.
Dolcegoccia.com reserves the right not to accept articles returned or sent out of the set period of time, or garments which are not in the same condition as they were received.
The garments may be changed for another size or color provided they are in perfect condition and that we have this garment in stock in the store.
If you wish to change an article from your home, you have to ask for a return and purchase online again.
The period of time for changing a garment is 15 days following the date of delivery.
The price of the products will be the one that is stipulated at all times on our website, except in the case of a clear error. Although we try to ensure that all the prices that appear on the webpage are correct, errors may occur. If we discover that there has been an error in the price of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will ask you to reconfirm your order with the correct price or to cancel this. If we are not able to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and any amounts paid will be fully refunded.
If an article is out of stock, we will try to replace it as soon as possible. If the article is not in stock, we will remove it from the website.
Dolcegoccia.com only sells articles in perfect condition, therefore, if a garment should arrive with any defect, please contact our customer service department.
If you should receive an article which you have not ordered by mistake, please contact our customer service department.
